You only need one purpose for PhotoReading the book.
Your purpose can change with each activation. That does not require you to PhotoRead the book again. Just have A purpose when you begin activating.
Warning; if your purpose looks like a question it's a question not a purpose.

Probably because it isn't a complete purpose. While you say it says why you want knowledge from the book I have to say No, it doesn't say why you want to use NLP. That's why it's powerless.
You haven't got a reason for using NLP.
It's like you've decided that you will find a hammer so you can put a nail in the wall but why... is it to hang a coat, a picture or to repair a part of the wall or even to build a house? You're now standing there with the hammer but don't know what you want to do with the nail.
To connect with your purpose consider why you want to know NLP not just that you want to know NLP. What life changes are you expecting? Where do you visualise yourself using it? When? Can you imagine yourself explaining it to someone else, if so why would you be in that situation? Therein lies your purpose.
