I was listening to IPM last night and noticed that at certain points, the recording of Paul Scheele's voice seems to slow down, producing a mildly hypnotic effect. I know that it is a common NLP technique to intentionally change the speed/tempo of one's voice to produce an effect in the listener; but this seems to be through technical means (changing the speed of the recording itself) Can you confirm that this is the case? Maybe my perception wasn't accurate cause I was mildly "in trance"!
Also, are there any other studio tricks like this used to produce paraliminal tapes?
Binaural beats, anything like that? (It seems like there are binaural beats on some of the tapes)
Thank you in advance,
Garic
