Hi,

In cases of syntopic reading or direct learning where I'd PR multiple books in a single session, is it necessary to get into state for every book, state the purpose and recite the affirmations?

Assuming I also took a 5-20 minute break between PRing books, would it be necessary to get into state again?

Thanks for any help on this.

Hi.

You definitely want to state the title, the author and your purpose for each particular book and you want to say your affirmations.

Getting into state is as simple as taking a deep breath in holding it and exhaling.

For Syntopic reading each book is done on it's own. You will state your purpose and PhotoRead the book with your research goal in mind. You may have already PhotoRead and activated the book for a different reason.

For Direct Learning you can have one purpose and PhotoRead the books in one sitting.
