I have been using IPM and really like it. But I'm not sure if I am doing the breathing right, does it matter? I do try to follow it some but not always that deeply. That's the only part of it that I don't like that much, although I tolerate it...

Anyone who has or is using it... What have you been using it for? I've kind of been using it for communicating and how I project myself.

I just do as he says, and presume it's "right."

I use it for lots of things, few of them having to do with personal magnetism. If there are people who have traits I admire and would like to emulate, I use this CD.

Most recently, I used it to declutter my surroundings (and ultimately, my life). I used one of the organization experts who appears on HGTV as my example. Next thing I knew, I'd set up schedules, cleaned out closets, simplified tasks, and boxed up chachkies to drop off at Salvation Army. I get so much more done, I feel "lighter" somehow, and even though I'm doing more, I have more energy.

I've had similar, very dramatic results with other issues. I love this CD.

very cool! What other issues may I ask?

I thought it was you who loved this one... I'm going to have to agree with you, It's awesome! I guess sometimes I follow the breathing better than other times...

Neat idea to use this for decluttering.

Hi Everyone:

I am new posting to this board, but I have been reading the forum for quite awhile. I finally decided to participate.

I just want to give my feedback/experience with IPM. I used IPM the early morning before my interview. The feedback I received from the insider in the company was really positively great. He said that I blew the competion away. The two members of executive board who interviewed me said that they like me a lot, so, in short, I got the job! , and I will be starting in two weeks (as soon as I give my two weeks notice to my current employer)! During the interview, I felt so confident, and I was able to answer all their questions positively.

I honestly believe that these paraliminals work. It may or may not work right away, especially if you have deep imbedded issues (I think). But I have also been using Centerpointe's Awakening Prologue, so maybe that is the reason it worked right away for me. (I don't know, that's just my perception of it). I am also using Sales Leap and Prosperity, and Talking to Win.

I love Paul's voice. He is very calming and reassuring that everything is going to be okay. Don't you agree?

I will be ordering other titles soon. I hope this posting will help others.

Thank you!

thanks for sharing techno diva! Wow that is great to hear! so glad you got such awesome results. Seems like you might have got some of those good results from your other paraliminals your using too, ya know? I have talking to win but haven't used it yet. that should be good.

I like Paul's voice too. It's very clear and easy to listen to. I had another type cd that I was listening to but I couldn't make out the words that well. It makes a difference.

Look forward to hearing about more of your experiences!

ps... right now I've gone back to my Ideal Weight CD... It does help me not gorge as much although I'm not quite officially dieting yet. Before when I used it tho, it helped a lot...

Just my 2 cents re: IPM

It's funny you should mention the breathing segment, because for some odd reason I find this part absolutely annoying. So much so that I very rarely use IPM. I don't know why I have this reaction.....??

Weird huh?

I am now thinking of ordering IPM now. I may have an interview coming up soon and I'm thinking this may be a good thing to use prior to it. Good advice!

Bobbiejo,

I have to agree with you about the breath part of it. I know why I don't like it, it's because I want to be passive in my listening or zoning out. And the breathwork is something you have to concentrate on to do it right and it takes effort. But I still love the paraliminal. You can do so much with it!

Don't stay stuck on the breathing part too long. He only asks you to focus on it for a few breaths and then asks let it go. I nearly always find myself breathing out when he says in and in when he says out. I look for the principle of it not perfection. The principle being for the time focusing on my breathing and that brings the mind to the present.

I'd go even further - I listen to about thirty seconds of it (because I always forget which CD it's on) and skip the rest - actually fast-forward the recording past it.
