Forums IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ PhotoReading, Memory Optimizer Previously read and highlighted book

After reading the photoreading book, I am ready to photoread my first book. Should I begin with a book I've never read or can I use a previously read book which I've highlighted. I read the book I have in mind about two years ago. I guess it would be hard to tell how much I comprehend through photoreading if I've already read it. Still it's a book that I've been wanting to get back to for review.

What about the highlighting I've done in the book? Can anyone tell me how that affects photoreading? What if it's a book someone else has highlighted but I've never read? Will my mind focus on only the highlighted parts?

i never used photoreading on books that i already know, just to know how rapidly i will learn to use the system and the difference between the PWMS and the normal reading...
but you could use it on books that you already know...

We always suggest using a book that you've not read before and would like to read. It's too easy to discredit your experience if you have already read the book. When you see the results you get on a book you've never done before it's a stronger experience and motivation to improve the system.

Later review the book you've done before. Just turn the book upside down when you PhotoRead it the highlighting won't draw you in as easily as it will when it's right side up.
