So. I have been trying imagestreaming a bit.

But im not sure about a few things:

1. Is the image supposed to be on your "inner eye", or should you be able to actually see it on your eyes, on the black background of your closed eyes?
2. What if the pictures i see are things i make up, like when im told to see a nice garden, i kinda progressively make it up. It doesnt "just" come.


Is this normal?

Image training is like looking through a foggy window what you see in your mind's eye is not like watching a TV or a movie on a cinema screen. That's why you need to describe what you see, out loud, so that you can hold on to the images and long enough to describe them.

Sometimes the first thing that comes to mind is an image that you have seen before somewhere in your life, like a memory, start describing that memory. That is, what an image stream looks like.
