I am considering buying the Ideal Weight Paraliminal to help with my weight lose program/diet. I was wondering if anyone had lots of success using that one? Also, I was wondering if you did, did you listen to any others that were helpful with the weight lose area also.

I found the Ideal Weight one helpful for me before. I found it helped me eat less and I did lose weight, but they say you have to listen to it everyday. Anyhow, I'm off it now but will go back on it soon. I think the best thing to do is listen to it for awhile until you can see it working and also I think you should listen to it everyday, but maybe not.

I gave my mom the Ideal Weight and she started listening to it mid-July. She loves it! She has lost about 20 lbs since then. She listened to it everyday for the first 8 or so days and now listens to it about once every three days (she has other paraliminals that listens to on the other days for other goals). The last few weeks she's lost 1 1/2 to 2 lbs every week. She said it's been almost effortless to eat smaller portions and stop when she is full instead of eating just because it is there.

hey guys, there are other posts about this paraliminal. One person said they used two CD's for weight loss and used it every day and they succeeded in accomplishing their goals. Anyhow JRenee, that is a great testimonial... I'm encouraged to use it regularly again.
