From my understanding the Chinese translation is poor. If your English reading skills are as good as your written skills I suggest using the English version of the book.

No more than 25 trigger words are required. Trigger words are just to give you a starting point and building curiosity for the book to help with activation.

Learn to enter the Accelerated Learning State as instructed first. It creates the trigger that allows you to use short cuts later.

Start forming mind probing questions during postview.

Check your mind probing question and focus on getting answers to that when superreading and dipping. Keep it relevant to that.

Skittering, read the first sentence, skitter the paragraph for relevant words and phrases that build the understanding that relates to the first sentence and if it's still not clear read the last sentence.

Colour enhances the visual memory that's why it's best to use at least 4 colours in mind mapping. Search the web there are lots of examples of mind maps.
