Hi!
I just PRed an art book that I was interested in few days ago until I wanted to activate the book morning today.I used Superread and dip(By using finger I follow the way of my finger along the centre of the passage, from top to bottom,am I doing the right way?) to find the answer.I found that there were very few words that caught my attention and sometimes I could not keep up with the speed of my moving finger.
When you activate, you state a purpose or you don't?
During activation stage, you choose either Mind-Probing/Superread and
dip/skittering/mind map?
If we do mind-probing,we just simply asked the question but do not find for the answer?
When I PR,sometimes blip page does appear sometimes it does not. At the beginning of PR,I use tangerine method(in the process I also forgot the existence of orange behind my head,is my concious mind occupied?),tried to relax ,but sometimes I did not follow the steps in the book,as I couldn't really remember all the steps,so I just deep breathe and looked at the middle of the book, flip at one page per second. After finished,I told myself I gonna use the information of the book in the future.
Before this I did state a purpose like this before activation:I want to know the information in the book so that I can communicate well with my art teacher. Then I did superread and dip.
When superread and dip,can we do mind-probing?
Btw,Jack,May I know how is your process going during the whole PR progress? You are studying A-level now or other courses?Looking forward for yout reply.
