I have Max Persuasion 2000. It is 16 audio tapes and a manual in PDF format. It teaches intent, confrontation, rapport, value elicitation, metaprograms, and the biggest part of the course is hypnotic langauage patterns. I bought it when it was $300.00. It may have gone up since then. It is the most comprehensive course on persuasion I've seen, and I've read many of the books and have other tape programs. The Essential Skills videos from Tom Vizzini and Kim McFarland are also excellent products.
