I see, I will assume listening to rain is not useful at least for now while I am still inexperienced. I will come back to it another time, meanwhile just trying classical or none at all. Thanks 100% for taking time to answer my post.
If you could answer one more thing, I would be greatful.. I need to know as I got confused several times within the PR learning course. What state do I use for what? I know I use the normal relaxed alerness state (on prepare, tangerine on top of head) for previewing.I use Accellerative Learning State (1-2-3 method) for photoreading as well as the photofocus state. I just recently found out there was a state for activation that I didn't know about at first called the primary consciousness state. I am wondering this... I can enter all 3 states without fail and quite quickly. However my issue lies with this... Lets say for a moment I am taking a test (yes i know I shouldnt be studying textbooks right away, but bare with me for now.) However I am studying for lets say a Language Arts test. Now during the final tape, Paul mentions these steps for looking over a test: Get into state, photoread the test, super read the test, then normal read the first question. What I am confused about is during all of this, which states am I suppose to be entering? I assumed primary consciousness because I would be linking my other than concious mind with concious. However the ALS is needed for photoreading. Maybe I am putting too much thought into this. >.<
Thanks for your future answer, if there will be one. ^_^
