Ideal Mindset is actually excellent because it uses the logical paraliminals for working towards goals. I did the Natural Brilliance course and followed it with Ideal Mindset because I didn't know what my goals should be when I did Natural Brilliance.
I've got Tony Robbins tapes sitting on top of my bookshelf I started listening to them many times and find them somewhat overwhelming (a lot of talk and things to do that take up 2 to 3 hours in the day to do it). I was ready to throw them out and my friend asked me to hold on to them since he wants to try the course (when he gets around to it
).
I'm a sucker for the paraliminals. When I have a problem I just grab a paraliminal to deal with it. If you're stuck for ideas for your ideal work and how to find it I suggest the New Options Generator.
