I think I know what response i am going to get from this question considering the readership of this forum, but does Centerpointe really work?

I ask because I used it for one year, one hour per day on about 5 days per week, without any noticeable effect. Except perhaps for feeling more tired, because I had to get up an hour early to do it. I always fell asleep while listening even after a year. No upheaval, no revelations, no reduction in stress levels. I gave it up in about Jan 2003 because I wasn't getting anything from it, but I am thinking of trying it again. Mostly I think I would just like some reassurance that I am not wasting my time, and that it will provide some benefits - eventually.

I skimmed through the long thread on Natural Brilliance v Centerpoint Program. Most people seem to have found holosync beneficial but I would be interested to know the ratio of success to failure, ie what proportion of people who try it find it worthwhile? And how long does it take to see some benefits? For me its not a case of NB v Centerpointe because I have also tried NB, Sedona, Photoreading and countless other things, none of which have done anything - except to make me even more convinced that nothing will ever work.

I have a limited budget for these things, and even more limited time, so I can't do Centerpointe and NB and Sedona etc. I have to pick one, but which one? I like the idea of Centerpoint at least, because i don't have to do anything other than find the time, which is likely to be early morning or late night when I am half asleep. I have no chance of actually being able to concentrate on anything at that time of the day. But I find it difficult to stick to the routine since I haven't seen any benefit after one year.

I never bought the deeper levels because I didn't think the first level did anything. How do I know when I have "finished" it when I never felt any effect in the first place? Also the frequent letters asking for several hundred dollars make me suspcious.

I would be interested to hear other people's experiences with Centerpointe and other tools, particularly from anyone who has been stuck like me. Should I carry on with the first level, get the next level, or try something completely different?

Thanks in advance.
