Hey everyone!

After looking through some posts on this board, it seems there are some subtle differences between different tapes which appear to be similar, so I thought it would be wise to ask for input from everyone here before purchasing anything.
My goals are are follows:

1. Working out at the gym. I seem to have no problem in motivating myself to actually GO to the gym, but the problem lies in the intensity at which I train, which doesn't feel high enough for my liking. I would like to be able to push myself harder than I currently do.

2. Wasted time. I seem to pass away many hours simply lazing in front of the computer, when this time could be better spent. I am not talking about procrastinating anything in particular, but just that I let time pass me by when I could be doing something useful or beneficial instead. Example: Instead of browsing games forums on the internet, I could be reading a book, or listening to a podcast, or reading up on current affairs, or, more usefully than any of the past things, I could be learning Photoreading. I would like to turn idle wasted time into something useful.

3.Confidence. I have recently been trying to learn backflips, and other gymnastic/trampolining moves, but my confidence (or rather, the lack of it) seems to be eating away at me. Over the past 6 months, I've made little to no progress, and if anything, I am back to square one. The last time I was on a trampoline, I went for the backtuck (or flip) but midway, found myself panicking and bailing out of the move, landing very awkwardly on my neck. Thankfully I didn't injure myself, but to those observing around me, it could've been much worse. I would like to be able to resolve this issue.

I would appreciate it if someone could recommend me the ideal Paralimal(s) to use for each of these.

In advance, thank you very much for your time!

In my experience with the paraliminals I found for exercising is Peak Performance it does indeed help quite a bit. But I also found that my exercise program before was kind of non motivating so I switched to Step Rebook with exercises from Gin Millar and then my drive and motivation went off the wall.

Currently I can waste a lot of time on my computer looking at weather reports, stock quotes and this could last all night. I could have be very productive doing other things and this is what was recomended to me Break the Habit and New Behavior Generator.

As for confidence one must challange and change beliefs of ones self. So I would go with Belief and Automatic Pilot and Self Esteem SuperCharger.
And listen to Personal Celibration
Most of all be easy on yourself and life in the now. And if you can take in the video Peaceful Warior.

Thank you for the reply, that's a great help!

Pertaining to the Peak Performance paraliminal, I have tried it, listening for a week and I can't say I've noticed much difference than before. Either my goal is not clear enough, or this isn't something which is going to spark that inner drive that pushes me in in times of pain at the gym. Any other suggestions?

I also looked up Peaceful Warrior on iMDB, and it seems there couldn't be a more perfect film for my situation. I'll have to pick that up later today. Cheers for the recommendation!
