I am working on a project that could take several months to complete. Is it OK to listen to the Personal Genius Paraliminal every day for that period of several months? If not, please advise on the best way to use it.

I am working on writing my second book, just in case this helps to clarify what the project is.

I have found that listening to the CD's once or twice a week is good enough.

Others may have a different answer for you

I just read on the post "beginner questions/how to listen". Alex says that it is ok to listen to personal gen for one week and then go to 1 or 2 x per week.
