Hi all,

A quick question here. I have a few CDs and am wondering if I listen to a variety of CDs for a couple of days then move on to the next CD, can I listen to the Paraliminals every day. Or does the mind need a rest - a total break from listening for 2 days? Does that make sense....

Thanks guys for helping me out.

If you don't know what to do and don't need anything special right now, you may give your self time and explore the CDs one after the other. Listen to one which appeals to you, take the time to see what happens and pas to another one. Read the booklets, too. They may give you interesting insights about the specificity of each paraliminal and important information about how and how many times to use them.

Have a good time.

My sense, at least for me, is to listen when I have an objective or a goal, such as solving a problem, gaining a skill, clarifying, or what have you.

It would probably be good to give your unconsious mind processing time, and your consious mind an opportunity to notice the benefits in your life emerge....
Unconsious leanting is different than consious learning. if I go too gung ho with this kind of thing, I might not notice the positive changes that are happening.

Thank you Norbert Martin and vita-man for your input. I guess it is right to give my unconscious mind a break - and for me to see or feel the difference.

What's bugging me though, is that I want to listen to the Memory Supercharger for a week (which I suppose is 7 days not a 5 day working week), and whilst I am at it I want to also listen to Personal Genius (for a whole week). After that week I want to listen to You Deserve It and Peak Performance.

So the thing here is, do I take a break after PG and MS before I move on to YDI and PP?

You guys are great. Thanks for your help that I know is coming.

I usually listen to one per day. But sometimes if I am listening to Ideal Weight daily I add another one. Right now I'm listening to You Deserve It only. I find that is plenty and I do feel the effects and if I don't as much I take that to mean that PL is not the one for me at the time or just not one I resonate with...

Anyhow, that is how I do it......~

Thanks, Scooter. How long do you listen to the PL? A week, a month - before you move on to the next, assuming it's resonating with you?

hi~

If I am listening to Ideal Weight I listen just about every day to that one, but right now I'm not dieting.

Otherwise I pick one according to what I think I'm going to need the next day. Some I listen to a few days some maybe even a week or once or twice. Like tonight I am going to listen to talking to win because of a person at work I'm not being myself around. I might only listen to that one, one time.

Lately I've been listening to IPM, Talking to Win, You Deserve It and will start listening to more of the new ones, like Happy for No Reason. Maybe for this weekend since I have to clean my deck outside, I might listen to Focus and Concentration or Get Around to It. For those it will just be one time to get my chore done... Hopefully it will do the trick.

Some of these though, I go back and forth on.

hope this is of some help,
cheerio~

Scooter - Awesome. Thank you for letting me know your strategy. It was most insightful and helpful. I am sure you'll get around to cleaning the deck this weekend and more.

Take care for now.
