I think I will keep my bed as is without the metal...it seems to be helping me! Amazing what a difference Feng shui can do to a person!
Also, I remember Marie mentioning that beams were not good to have over your head when sleeping....I dont have beams but i have an air conditioner vent above my feet when I'm in bed. Could this be bad feng shui? Would the chi be going away?
