I will appreciate recommendations from the people who has experience with peraminal.
I am looking for solutions
I have
short attention span ,
I start a thing and most of the time move on to the next one with out finishing it,
or if I try to do finish it I try to do perfectly and thus taking long time
shyness
biggest problem right now is in action, I have to do many task but I am procrastinating and making the situation worst. I ordered the Get around to it, but it looks like made me energetic for few days and now again I am planning to finish few task on my list but most of the time I waste whole day and at the end of the day feel frustrated because I did not do the thing I should have done.
I will opt for easy and fun tasks instead of big and must tasks.

please help

I have a very similar problem. Almost identical. Thank you for starting this topic. I look forward to any responses.

Yes, please keep us informed. Part of my focusing now is not to just impulse buy anything I think I "need" including various Paraliminals (I have about 15 or so already now). I am also attending Triple Fortune in November. So I need to budget. So if I am going to buy another Paraliminal, especially one that is so new, it would be helpful to read reviews and success stories first.

Thank you

I have this problem too. I met someone who has introduced me to some supplements for the brain. I'm thinking this is a brain thing. Anyhow if anyone has heard of Dr. Eric Braverman it is part of his work I'm getting into. His book is called "the Edge Effect". Basicly the idea is that all health comes from the brain and the theory makes sense. You can get the book at amazon or just read about it there or in a search.

I'll let you know how I do with these supplements. It is supposed to help on all levels, even for spending too much money. Cause it can be considered a brain deficiency in the way we act besides the physical health issues.

Good luck to us all !!!

Amen to the good luck to us all, scooter. And yes, please let us know your progress with the supplements. I do take Omega 3 fatty acid rich oils (among some other supplements) and it feels like it helps somewhat.

Re Supplements: You might want to search for a thread about nootropics (smart drugs)from a year or so ago.

On dietary suplements- Recently, a relative of CoQ10 called Idebenone has been researched. I have tried it, adn thought I have not realy decided yet (only been a week) it does seem to be stimulating so I do not take it after noon.

Tried and proven are Phosphatidyl Serine, Fish Oils, (Incl DHA) Choline, Magnesium, BCOmplex, and many others. DMAE (which can raise blood pressure in some is a pretty good one if it is appropriate for you.

There is more to write about- I have to go now so I will continue later.

hey vitaman and all...

the supplements I am taking are very potent I think. After one day of taking them I had to stop the next day on the Brain Energy and Brain Memory. They say they energize you sometimes and they really did me too much. I"m going to take half as much tomorrow. I do know of one person though who it took a week to feel the effects, so everyone is different.

Anyhow the supplements are called, Brain Energy, Brain Memory, Brain Calm, and Brain Mood from www.totalhealthnutrients.com

Here is what is in them in case you are wondering...

Brain Energy... DL-Phenylalanine, L-Tyrosine, Rhodiola rosea root extract, L-Methionine, Octacosanol...

Brian Memory... Huperzia serrata extract, GOC Choline, Ginkgo Biloba (leaf), Acetyl-L-Carnitine...

Brain Mood... Thiamine, Niacinamide, Folic Acid, Vitamin B-12, Pantothenic Acid, 5-Hydroxtryptophan, St. John's Wort extract...

Brain Calm... Inositol, GABA, Glycine, Passion Flower...

The Focus and Concentration paraliminal is off the hook. Have any of you tried Qigong, if not you are in for a whole new level of concentration. After smoking glass for 18 months my attention span was crap, but now I have a much enhanced ability to focus through Qigong.(energy work) This new peace of mind has provided a much enhanced attention span, and many other benefits. The F&C paraliminal and Qigong are two very good methods especially when used together.
