Scooter- if you are taking any medications, talk with your doctor and or pharmacist. Some of these substances- Ginkgo, St Johns Wort, Gaba, 5HTP, to name a few, will interact with some drugs. Please be careful.

Yeah- Rhodiola rosea is very stimulating.

thanks vitaman... I'm only on levoxyl and armour for low thyroid. I think I should be ok...

I'm going to take them religiously for awhile.

hi guys,

Well, I'm back and updating about my Brain Food Supplements I've been taking. It seems a bit much for my body and I can only take it once in a while. Anyhow, I think I'm still researching the idea. From what Dr. Mercola says, it's all about the food we eat and also he recommends Curcumin for the brain. That is the same thing as Tumeric...

Also a friend just showed me this site which she highly believes in...

Curcumin for the brain! I am going to research that.

I know it is useful for inflamation, and it is liver tonic, but other than that the only use I know for it is to flavor curries! Mmmm- curry- got to get some curry
