Dear TJS:

Hi! How are you? I have been using the Centerpointe Holosync meditation program just over 5 mos. now with good results: I had
a heart condition "act up" in summer and a relapse 2 wks later, but kept meditating. I feel if I did not, I would not be here now, quite honestly. I finished AP in late Oct., and bought the next 2 levels. With the addition of the Virtual Audio technology, the program is improved a lot.

You need to understand that regularity of meditation (an hr/day or more if you have time) reaps noticeable results as it has worked very well for me. I also encourage you to call the Centerpointe Hotline. The staff are knowledgeable and I found everyone I have talked with, most helpful.

I hope you get back to Holosync because the increase in personal perception and clarity I see in my life now (over the past 5 mos.) is absolutely awesome!

TJS,

Are you sure the equipment you were using had stereo separation?

I'm currently doing Awakening Level 4. Shortly after finishing doing AP, I noticed a sensible raise on my emotional threshold. During all the time I have been doing it I have noticed a few things more than such a raise. My ability to relax is much stronger, I can multitask much easier than a few years ago, and a I have continuously increasing my thrust towards getting free of limitations. Not that I am much freer now, I'm still tied to many fears and limitations, but I noticed that each of these years have been years of seeing me become more and more what I wish to be. It goes slowly, but I continue to change. The last year have been specially good since I added the Sedona Method to the equation, changes are bigger than those of the two prior years. I still have much of the way before me and I guess there will be levels in which I will evolve much quicker and see much bigger changes. As for now, I'm satisfied. I don't know whether or not this is effective to everyone and those disatisfied are those that expected something different from what they got (seemingly nothing in some cases), or this is ineffective for some cases. It has worked for me.

Iīm not sure if this helps, but just remembered a technique that kind of came accidentialy for me while meditating with the first leels of Holosync program. This could be usuful information for some.

I got interested of meditation by Brian Tracy, he encouraged to sit 60 minutes in silens, first start with 30 min and then gradualy increase the time, etc... first it was difficult to stay sitting, because of active mind. Then I got to know Holosync and it was just amazing; right from the first time, the images of memories where sliding in front of me, like presentation. Interesting thing was that each picture or set of them appeared only ones...

Later I got only emotions, no pictures and eventualy I didnīt have a glue what was the memory attached to the released emotion.

During that time I was reviewing some old Anthony Robbins material in my mind and tried to "generate" emotion with facial impression while meditating. This was very interesting, it started accidentialy.

By small sad look with the face, the emotions came towards the impression like a magnet. After this it was possible to release the emotions one by one, even in case they didnīt come to the surphase in first place.

After this period I started to get body twists and while meditating and sometimes it was almost impossible to stay on the seat.

When the twists come, it dosnīt always feel that emotion would have been released, but definately it gives motivation (itīs very clear signal that something is happening).

First I was going through the levels too quickly, now Iīve been on the first purification level for 1 1/2 years, however now it seems to be time to move forward.

Naturally I feel positive about Centerpointe, one very good thing is also that they introduced Ideal Mindset program for me and it was how I got know LSC (this has turned out very valuable).

Anyway these where my few cents on the topic.

Cheers :-)

Wow, i am surprised this thread is still going. I just got an email to tell me someone had replied to my message - why i didn't get an email for all the other replies over the last few months I don't know.

Well, I haven't been using HS or anything else for most of this year and it hasn't made any difference either way, I am still tired and anxious. I tried Awakened Minds but only kept it going for a couple of months until I got bored with it, after promising such miraculous results it did nothing of course. Maybe I will try it again but I don't hold out much hope.

Reading through this thread again, some questions remain unanswered.

How do I know when I have "finished" a level of HS? It is supposed to be when it no longer feels as "powerful" as it used to, but it never felt powerful in the first place.

Falling asleep may be a sign or resistance but it is certainly also a sign of getting up at 6am and trying to meditate when you are shattered.

I have no doubt that meditation works, but I have serious doubts that HS and similar is meditation. Many people have said they do HS as well as other things like Sedona Method so how do you know which ones are responsible for any effects you may feel? Maybe if you listen to HS while sitting upright, focusing on your breathing or whatever then it has some effect, but is it you or HS that is doing it? I have a feeling it is still true that there is no easy solution and results come from your own effort.

I feel that itīs important to use combination of techniques, Sedonna to release, Paraliminals to steer and release, Photoreading and Memory Optimizer to program the mind, etc... Qigong to get rid of the back pain ;-) It must be so that the results are also combination. I beliee that today I could also success well using only the LSC products, they are kind of more brain frendly. After all, you can damage the brain, by using the wrong HS CD (I have two times felt the next level too strong and then went back to the previous for couple of months). But still Iīm very curious on the results after couple of year with the HS, there is really high curiosity in me for this issue.

One good way to recognize when the brain is in sync. with HS is that even when I feel that Iīm awake my eyes donīt seen to open easily, even if I try to open them.

Now dayīs I can get to this mode also for example right after Photoreading a book that has grate interest for me and which is more easily adaptable to my memories. For example book written by mother language tends to do this more easily.

Basicaly I feel that HS has trained my brain to go to the lower freq. and stay there. It was basically not possible for me couple of years ago.

I think that you should try the HS sometimes in some tranquil situation, just like you would be meditating, but with HS. I donīt believe that itīs possible to have good meditation session right after a sleep. After all, the brain already had kind of "mediation" while sleeping and your subconsious mind thinks that you must be grazy to get up earlier in order to put some headphones to your ear, etc... ;-)

It could be good way to try traditional meditation first and then with HS. If itīs easier with HS, then it basicaly works.

When you donīt notice any difference, then you should move to the next level. At least this has been the principle that I have used. HS is only a tool to help you do this.

Cheers :-)

Well, when I do them together, there is no way to decide which method is responsible of any single change. Sedona and HS are different creatures. HS stirs up the mind content so that memories and repressed feelings surface. Sedona is for releasing, so if something happens to come out with HS, you can use Sedona to release it. They work in combination, so I guess any result would be due to both of them. I know what effects HS had before using Sedona, and I know what effects Sedona has while using it all of the time I'm not meditating; so I know that both of them work. But about knowing which one is responsible of what, it's impossible for me to guess when I combine both of them and for me it's irrelevant to know.

As for moving for the next level, I have been doing it by marking my calendar and ordering the next higher level about the end of that period. If the new level is too strong, then I go back to the previous one until it is completely absorbed. But I always had been feeling it much weaker by that period ending, so my plan of going back to the previous level never has been done.

Could you do it at a different time? I do it before going to bed. I once tried to do it right after getting up, but I had that same problem of falling asleep, so I abandoned the idea. I don't remember feeling any effect while doing it early in the morning, maybe because I was too sleepy while doing it. Did you do it while not sleepy? If you didn't then I'd recommend to try it out and see what happens. But it could be that you already absorbed it without acknowledging it's effects, maybe it's effects were little ones and you overlooked them because you were expecting upheaval, revelations and reduction in stress levels. To be frank, I didn't have noticeable upheavals while doing it early in the morning because I was too sleepy, I have not gotten any revelation (I don't remember reading anywhere that revelations were among the things that happen while doing HS) and I don't have noticed any reduction in stress levels. I did notice a bigger resistance to overwhelm to stress pressure and I have had upheavals while doing it before going to bed. Also, I noticed that when I went up of bed without meditating, that "brain fog" was well bearable; but it was unbearable while meditating, so I was always forced to go back to sleep; so I know that much of it came as resistance to HS. This could be your case, it is yours to decide.

Yes I know that the centerpointe program works! I was extremly depressed and was just able to function. Also under extreme pressure with my job. I also was diagnosed with high blood pressure and I did not want to take traditional psycho drugs for my depression. I am now on level two of (2) of purification. I am no longer depressed and my blood pressure is normal. I never had any dramatic change until awakening level 3 when I thought I was going to have a nervous breakdown. I did have some anger come up prior to that and my wife always thought that I was angry at her. I no longer have this anger. I have tried the Natural Brilliance program and it has help me to focus on things at hand. I think the two programs work hand in hand. Bill Stockman

I welcome you to visit this site:
http://www.awakenedminds.com

It is very cheap compared to Holosync, yet more powerful in my opinion. Try it. I don't think you'll have all the overwhelm and upheaval that you feel with Holosync.
