I am wondering what is the best way to listen to the NHG CD?

The negative emotions that I have identified are: anger, sadness, fear, hurt, guilt or shame, panic, sorrow, frustration, disappointment, worry, embarrassment, jealousy, resentment, depression and anxiety.

Should I listen to each limiting negative emotion once or until it is gone? And how many times per week? Can I listen to the NHG for the same negative emotion more than once a day? Any suggestions?

Also, when Paul asks, Think how you want to feel'. Can I simply find the opposite of the negative emotion I am working on - but put in my own words?

Thanks.

I'd give it a go for each emotion, and make sure that when you say how you want to feel, put it in positive terms (e.g. like happy instead of "not sad"). As far as frequency, I'd just play around and see what works.

You might want to try one of the new ones, like Happy for no reason. I can't comment because I haven't recieved my copy yet.

anyhow, good luck

George has a good idea, as "Happy For No Reason" does go past the reasons for all of the emotions to program happiness from a deeper level. All negative emotions come from pain, fear of pain, resentment from previous pain, guilt of pain caused etc. So if you are using the NHG, by releasing the pain you can re-program love to conquer all. Coming from a history of many types of abuse and then continuing the pain by my own mental defeat, love through peace of mind is the key. I always recommend a multi-faceted approach, like adding Qigong, Veganism, and paraliminals to release the pain that prevents experiencing a life of happiness.

Thanks George and Chrysanthemon for your inputs.

I am now listening to Happy for no Reason - today (Wednesday 10th is day 5 - I will stop at day 7 then listen to it once a week as 'maintenance'. I hope that is the correct approach!!

The frequency issue still deludes me, though. Play it by ear?! That might work. I'll give it a shot.

Many thanks again.

I suggest picking one emotion and staying with the until you're satisfied that its being taken care of. The power of focusing on one thing at a time has a snowball effect on other areas of our lives. Is so even though you may be focusing on just one negative trait you'll find other shifting well.

Alex,

I have to ask you this: I am presently listening to Personal Genius, Happy For No Reason and You Deserve It Paraliminals. Can I listen to ONLY track 3 of New Behaviour Generator as well while checking and answering emails, surfing and so on for an hour or more? And do I have to state the emotion I am tackling prior to listening?

Many thanks.

I have been working with NHG and belief for about 2 weeks now with great results. I am digging up stuff I thought was gone from years ago.

Hi CPW1,

Can you give me more precise information on your strategy or method. What emotions did you work on? When did you listen? How often? Any help you can provide would be awesome. Many thanks.

New Behavior Generator is one Paraliminal that I wouldn't use this way. I find it works much better will Paraliminal that don't require clear answers to the question being asked at the beginning, such as Prosperity, Self-Esteem Supercharger, Memory Optimizer and Holiday Cheer.
