Also GentleGiant what you say about the heart and gut fills in some gaps for me. I've always had a hard time understanding what they say about 'follow your heart'. So following your heart is that feeling you get in your heart space, I do get that feeling also! yeah! Now I know how to follow my heart and also to follow your gut too!

I will try not to go too deep but oddly enough we are not one living thing. In our body there are many living things all combined to create us, one individual............. ...................................... Hi Alex, What are some examples of these many living things in our body? Just pondering your thoughts... thanks! Denise*

Hello Denise and thank you for the question. I wanted to try to keep my posts short due to space size, etc. so I jumped over things. But essentially what I am talking about is cells, organs and bacteria. Oddly enough cells get programmed with information and the exact reason is unknown to science so far.
What I mean by "unknown reason" is that science has not yet found an answer as to why AIDS,cancer, etc stays in the body because within just a couple of years every cell in our body is brand new. So how is cancer replicated to the new cells and why?
Cells also carry with them information about us and our beliefs,major habits, etc and this is perplexing because why would a blood cell for example need that information?
I hope that further explains what I was talking about?

By no means is this the end my friend. By no means am I old or, in my opinion very wise, but I have learned that there really is never a beginning nor an end. It always is and always was. Just like the sun doesn't really rise or set, it always is. It is all relative from our own point of view.
The sun shines 24/7 365 days a year but from our perspective it rises and sets.
I am preoccupied for now due to some personal things but I will return to this and add more. I will do so before the hollidays in December. This subject is one of my passions because I feel too many motivational speakers skip past the part of "struggling" to change, or skim over it, and too many individuals are left behind wondering what the heck is "wrong". I was one of those statistics and refused to be. That is how I learned what is going on. However I do not consider myself an "expert". It is my goal to always learn, and to always grow.
I will add more to "this story" .
