I have been using paraliminals on and off now for the last few years.

I have just bought the 4 new titles.

Before now, I wouldn't have time to listen to the paraliminals every single day, however, I have just realised that I could use the time before work (after I get off the train in the morning I have a few minutes before I have to go into work so I could listen to a title daily then if I find a quiet spot).

I just listened to Happy for No Reason for the first time and love it.

I was thinking of maybe listening to Happy for No Reason and a few others on a rotating basis daily. I thought others could be Living the Law of Attraction, and perhaps to a lesser extent, titles like Self Esteem Supercharger, You Deserve it, Prosperity and Positive Relationships.

What do you think of this? Are there any other titles you would suggest would be good to use like this?

It was just an idea. In some ways, I feel a bit overwhelmed about it- too many choices- where do I start?

Any suggestions? Thanks.

I like the idea, BB. I have been using three of the new ones regularely, evenings. (I dont have time daily or mornings, or I would!) Another one that is good for daily use is side B of New History Generator. Maybe Alex W has some input?

how would you compare New Option to New History Generator? Wondering if they are similar in some ways? ..........

Thanks for the suggestion Vita-man. I might try NHG B too. I have never used that one yet (I've used session A but not B), so I'll give it a try.

Scooter, the way I see it, New Option Generator is for when you have a specific decision or problem with several options and you need to either choose a way forward or else generate a new option (eg thinking outside the square if necessary).

New History session A is for when there is a specific situation, interaction, choice, or something else that has happened in the past which you want to be able to forgot or move past without regrets etc.

Session B I think is for reviewing your day and/or setting up a successful mindset for the day to come.
