Hi rbarata,

Perhaps New Behavior Generator might be good for this. Instant Personal Magnetism is another title that may help.

Remember only to give as much eye contact as the other person is giving you.
Much is going on inside of you when you make eye contact, many thoughts and feelings about ourselfs are at the surface. And much of that time our self esteem is vunerable. The eyes tell so much about us. (pain, guilt, and other emotions can be easily seen). So we hide that from others. My first choice would be the Self Esteem Super Charger, and Sales Leap.
Self Esteem Super Charger to feel good about ourselfs. So that we do not need to hide ourself.
Sales Leap to practice the skill of eye contact.

Hi my friends

Many thanks for the replies.
I think, basically, that a good way to keep a strong and effective eye contact to develop the habit of doing it.
To do that you must keep your awareness on high levels. However, I've found that somedays my awareness is not very good and it makes me break the habit. I've also found that, when that happens, my confidence to keep the contact is not so high. So, both things are linked somewhere.

If that's the case, then I think Self Esteem Supercharger could help as kevinfromnorthernont said.

Also, you could try Break the Habit as well as New Behavior Generator (both side A to acquire a new behavior- more eyecontact; AND side B to get rid of the behavior of lack of awarenes/lack of confidence/avoiding eye contact.

I would use Positive Relationships. That will help you identify the people you don't want to have contact with and why. That would make it easier to keep eye contact once you've handled the relationship issue that is preventing you.
