Paraliminals are not like subliminals that require 30 day of listening before you see results. they are audible, and are a bit like being given the key to unlock the abilities that already in your mind. You should be able to see results, or see your yourself making progress within a couple of listenings. If you don't see progress, you might have to redefine your goal. Or perhaps even try a different Paraliminal. It doesn't take a month before you can make adjustments because you may reaching your goal and the way you have set it might have limits.
