I was just wondering how everyone fits listening to their paraliminals in their daily life.

How often do you listen? What times of the day? How many titles do you listen to a day?

"fitting" is a fitting way to put it

It is hard-finding UNINTERUPTED free time is tricky. A couple of young kids, demanding career, spouse works later than me, etc. The only times I get on weekdays are bedtime or early morning. Occasionaly on a weekend afternoon. Sometimes I risk getting away with a quick listen when the kids are in the tub or before dinner on my wifes day off.

Usualy one title in a day. Rarely two. I have burned some CDs with paras that have only one side, to make room in my night table. Unfortunately, somtimes I fall asleep and hear more than one title unintentionaly. So much for the 20 minute gap- but at least I have the whole night to process it.

I also listen to centrepointe, luanne oakes, sedona, and others at bedtime-depending on what I think I need at the time. Usualy somthing goes in my cd player when I go to sleep- realy helps me alot.

I don't do more than one title in a day either. Although there were a couple days I did two in a day, but not more than a couple days of that. Anyhow a few times I did it when I got home from work, but I usually do it before bed. I do like listening when I get home from work but I usually don't make the effort cause I have so many things to do then.

cheers~*

It's going to depend on my schedule. I'm lucky in that some days I have a whole day to play with. At other times, it's pretty hard to squeeze in a session, let alone more than one. Right now I'm doing physical therapy for a torn rotator cuff (never knew I had one--sounds like something that should be in a car) three times a week. Although it only lasts an hour, it's almost an hour each way to the clinic. Poof, almost half a day, gone. (But at least I won't be needing surgery, that's the main thing.)

I do up to three paras a day when I have those "free" days. I work them in between other things--work on something awhile, take a para-break, then back to work, etc. On days when everything's coming at me quickly, maybe one.

These days, I only listen to paraliminals when I absolutely feel the need. This is generally when my mind is racing with self limiting thoughts.

In the past however, I used to listen to one in the morning. If there are 2 parts to a paraliminal (like NBG and NHG) then I would listen to them 30 - 60 minutes apart.

Instant Personal Magnetism is my favourite - and I would listen to it sometime in the day - but no more than 2 paraliminal tapes a day.

I listen to one in the morning when I get up. I listen to one at night in bed, hitting the repeat track button at track 3, then turning it off when it wakes me up (usually about an hour), per the instructions. At a very minimum that's what I do, and I get results. If I need an energy fix during the day, I take a break and listen to the 10 minute supercharger (it works!). I also like to listen to one when I get home from work or at break time or lunch during the day, but those are hit or miss. I listen to varied titles, sometimes four different ones a day. I don't know if I have ever felt as good as I do now, or have ever accomplished as much in a day as I do now (after about six weeks on the program). They really work for me. You really need to find the time, because they will make the rest of your life so much richer and enjoyable, not to mention more efficient!

I also do Holosync meditation, usually in the morning after a paraliminal. I turn the para off after track 3, and go right to the Immersion track on the Holosync, figuring that the para took me though the Dive part of Holosync. That shortens the total meditation time in the morning to about 45-50 minutes. I was having difficulty getting through both Dive and Immersion because of the length of time (an hour). It was just too much and it seemed to take forever. This method combining the two works great and it seems much shorter than it is. I think using the Holosync following the para helps deepen the para into your mind.
