I listen to one in the morning when I get up. I listen to one at night in bed, hitting the repeat track button at track 3, then turning it off when it wakes me up (usually about an hour), per the instructions. At a very minimum that's what I do, and I get results. If I need an energy fix during the day, I take a break and listen to the 10 minute supercharger (it works!). I also like to listen to one when I get home from work or at break time or lunch during the day, but those are hit or miss. I listen to varied titles, sometimes four different ones a day. I don't know if I have ever felt as good as I do now, or have ever accomplished as much in a day as I do now (after about six weeks on the program). They really work for me. You really need to find the time, because they will make the rest of your life so much richer and enjoyable, not to mention more efficient!

I also do Holosync meditation, usually in the morning after a paraliminal. I turn the para off after track 3, and go right to the Immersion track on the Holosync, figuring that the para took me though the Dive part of Holosync. That shortens the total meditation time in the morning to about 45-50 minutes. I was having difficulty getting through both Dive and Immersion because of the length of time (an hour). It was just too much and it seemed to take forever. This method combining the two works great and it seems much shorter than it is. I think using the Holosync following the para helps deepen the para into your mind.
