I have posted questions for the Feng Shui course. When I called customer service, you are referred to the forum for answers/FAQ's after they have read to me from the manual. The forum consists of people similiar to me - new to the course with questions. I would like for an instructor to answer my questions; someone with knowledge of the manual. I posted questions and they were not addressed. I cannot get help from customer service ("they only sell the stuff", she said). What do I do? Return it. I am not looking for immediate results from this program; just results. In order to obtain results, I have to do it properly. This program is difficult to understand for most of us who do not work for/at the Learning Strategies Center. My biggest concern is which door is considered the entrance? The only door used to enter the home or the door built by the contractor that was designed to enter the home? I live in an apartment building in the Northeast. The door to the building used to enter the home is from the parking lot area (back); so I enter through the kitchen of my apartment. I never use the front door that would take me to my living room. All visitors, UPS, FedEx; everyone enters this door. Is this considered where the flow of chi would enter the home when the door is opened? This is important to the 20 year stars chart. It would make a difference in a Period 7 SW2(back door) or a Period 7 SE1(front door). I am obviously frustrated.

Aloha ABUNDANT,

I'm sorry you were stuck in customer service. They are suppose to pass you onto a Feng Shui coach once it's a question about the course and not regarding ordering.

If you choose to keep working with the course, when calling in, please ask for a Feng Shui coach right away. I'll check with customer service tomorrow to make sure all of them are passing those calls along right away.

Also, don't shy away from the "Search the Forum" link at the top of this page. Most of the time these questions have been asked before and typing something like "Front Door, choosing the Diamond Feng Shui Forum, and setting it for more recent than 4 years, will bring a handful of replies.

Sounds something like my situation. We really only use the "back" door (going into the kitchen), not the front technical door that goes into the living room. UPS and folks coming door to door to sell girls scout cookies, etc. came to the front door. Unless the front door is closed off in some way - access-wise (which we couldn't do due to city regulations, even if you use the other door all the time, you time Feng Shuui would be set on that technical front door.

Yes, that was a bummer for my home as the back entrance aligned with all three of us.

Much Love, Shawn

But Shawn if, say for instance, your "front" door had the abundance star and the back door that you use doesn't, shouldn't you use the "front" door or would it be just enough to just activate it and then keep using the back door?

That is a good question.
