I'm new to the forum, so I've just 'read' the agreement for the forum. It clearly states that the forum is not monitored. Which means that the company does not provide support for any questions. It's up to the members to help answer them.
As you can see from the previous questions over the years, the Learning Strategies Forums have moderators. Questions that are not addressed but other members are responded to by the moderators in time.

I've seen other posts where the person has not been able to call in to use their 'consultation certificates'. I have not tried that yet, but plan to call in tomorrow and see if I can both get through and get help.
Customer service representatives forward the 20-minute coaching vouchers calls to a Feng Shui Coach. If one is not available, then they are placed into the coach's voicemail and contacted to set up how to send their floor plan & questions for the call, along with setting up a day and time to go over them. It's pretty straight forward. If someone didn't get a hold of a consultation coach, there must have been some miscommunication between the client and customer service rep.

It is sad that a company selling an expensive course does not provide more support.
That's odd, usually I here about how nice it is to have the support we provide our customers - free coaching by calling our direct or toll-free number during regular business hours, 20-minute coaching consultations available as part of the Diamond Feng Shui course for those "my-house specific" questions, and having the Forums available as a space for clients to share their experiences, meet other practitioners, and ask questions of each other and the moderators. Have you called and used the free coaching?
As for the "to sell the next level of the course" train of thought - jeez Service organizations don't last long working with clients like that. We provide free call in coaching so that our clients gain more benefit and value from whatever course they have, knowing that not everything in the course may be crystal clear to every person. When people find value in their courses it's a win-win. They know that they can probably trust other products you have.

I purchased the Diamond version and have taken months to go through it. I realize they are trying to cover what 'everyone' needs, but the way the information is organized leaves you to fend for yourself to work out what needs to be done.
Once again, if you have questions, you have the free call-in coaching available.

I'm also somewhat concerned that perhaps the 'consultants' don't really know more than what is in the manuals / CDs provided. So they may not be any better than other students of the course.
The coaches and consultants have been working with Marie since Learning Strategies first started its relationship with her. You'll find them attending Marie's advanced classes, the Q&A calls, interviews, etc. They are connected s that if they don't have an answer, they can find one.
Mayflowers: relationship area activation - that's cute.
...and actually, I suggest clients set up a 20-minute consultation if looking at a floor plan was called for. About the only time I mention calling in for a coach (because the call would be coming to myself or another coach anyway), would be if they needed to talk through something like "Using A Compass," where the immediate back and forth can help clarify the process.
If I don't have an answer to a question -yes, it happens , then I check in with some advanced Diamond Feng Shui practitioners here, scan through the Q&A quarterly call answers, or contact Marie if available or needed.
As for coverage of the Forum. I do find replacements when I am way at different events. I didn't however during the Triple Fortune event and the following week got a little busy with new infrastructure upgrades. So my apologies to those who were looking for an answer during that stretch and didn't find it in past posts, or from the other members. holidays, however are a time when a moderator probably isn't going be accessible through the Forum. They will generally keep an eye on the Forums during business days - not to answer all questions posted, but to address the ones which members haven't after they've had a a couple days to respond.
Much Love,
Shawn
