Pelmeni - isn't it surprising how we can tell something that which we know but don't follow our own advice? What you said here is so applicable to you too. As I responded to your earlier message about your fiance - you really need to focus on that which you want.

4al,

Sometimes, it is easy for us to say how we should react and when. If you feel like drowning your feelings of rejection and betrayal then go ahead and fill that bucket. Just promise yourself it will be for only so long and that you are not going to allow a past failed relationship to tarnish your future.

You are allowed to mourn your relationship. In my religion, we mourn people's death for 40 days - then we move on. Set a time frame of getting over this person and then do everything in your power to move on and build a brighter future for yourself.

Trust me - what I write—is from experience. If I had found LOA before 2006, I would not have wasted 14 years of my life getting over someone who was literally a waste of time for me!

Many people grow from relationships (successful and failed ones). My relationship just taught me how to be a slave to my feelings of betrayal. Thanks to LOA today, my life has changed billion times over - for the better! And every time I think, say or write this fact - I feel OVERJOYED!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I control my life. You will too - just give it time. There is no rush (not yet at least!).
