I can appreciate that.
As the hundreds of people come on the line and say their name, there will always be a bit of that.
I usually dial in a couple minutes early, mute my cell phone, place it in speaker mode, turn it so the speaker side is facing down into a pillow, and then flip it over when I hear Chunyi mute the call.
