I'm having trouble visualising what you are saying, especially with regard to the location of the dormer. Could you clarify it by telling me which sector each part is in? (E.g. Your door is on the W wall, but in the W sector of the room perhaps? Or in the NW? I don't see it as being in the SW.) Perhaps if you can tell me where the closet, window, dormer hall and door (which prosumably leads to the hall itself) are in this manner, I can suggest something. Also let me know what your facing direction is, as per the flying stars. Offhand, I'm going to suggest that NE1 is a better direction the NE3 if you do move the desk. (Please don't ask why.
