The coaching sessions are identical. In addition, you get one extra CD which gives an overview of the whole goal getting process. And for each cd, there is a sheet which has your purpose for listening, etc. I bought it , but probably only because I don't have any idea where my original tapes are. It does lay everything out in a 40 day (I think) plan if you are going after something big, with all the cd's in a specific order.
