Something interesting happened, which I wanted to share. Not sure if this is just a coincidence or due to Feng Shui.. Its still not a big deal, because I am hoping a lot more from this course - but a good start and something to acknowledge.. so here goes:
Recently, after listening to the Essentials and silver level of the course, I decided to clean up and remove the clutter - since Marie places such importance on decluttering and cleaning up. I have been spending all of my time in the study/meditation room since my seperation and divorce (3/4 years now) and all the other rooms are mostly unused. Since then, I have been very unorganized, unfocused, procrastinator and unmotivated... so lots of unopened mail, lots of other paper work sitting around making it all very messy.
So, I cleaned up, & threw out 3 bags of garbage filled with papers/receipts/cardboard boxes and other things I don't need... while I was on the decluttering mission, I found 2 cheques worth about $280 total (one from 2005 and another from 2006) - which I had recieved in the mail but never deposited in the bank.
This is just one room.. but the main one, where I spend most of my time. & it feels much better...
Still lots more to do, but I am feeling a bit more enthusiastic and inspired. Thank You !
