Just want to put in a few words for a book I've been working with called "Mind over Mood" by Dennis Greenberger and Christine A. Padesky (the Guilford Press, ISBN: 0-89862-128-3). It's written in work-book style and resembles Natural Brilliance and the Sedona Method in many ways except for Releasing.
The workbook gets you to examine your emotions and the resulting automatic thoughts to eventualy get a more balanced view of your thinking, just like in Notice part of Natural Brilliance. It asks you to put together an action plan (Respond) and experiment with some pre-conceived notions you may have (Be Generative).
I'd say Natural Brilliance/Sedona Method could be incorporated quite nicely into the worksheets in the book, which is what I'm doing now. What I really like about the book is that it gives a structured platform to work with your moods/feelings/emotions.
It's OK everybody, don't be afraid, I'm just one of the few here that actualy works towards real results and doesn't like to keep it trivial...go back to sleep.
