I had quite a period of low feelings I was dealing with for the past weeks or days or whatever it was. Anyhow, it finally shifted today! yehaw! I do think it was some kind of clearing that some say we are going through right now. Any thoughts on this?

So what I did when it really got intense was to listen to Happy For No Reason for awhile. That did help but it seemed in order to lift totally it had to go through it's own cycle. Right now I'm just relaxing into relaxation...

It's good to let go and bring in the new with new fresh energy, don't you think?..............

I love the You Deserve It! Paraliminal. What I find is that the effects grow over time. I find myself thinking consciously about how I deserve success and joy, and focusing on the positive things in life. Truly the Paralims have been a blessing in my life.

I've been reading through posts and I really enjoy your responses. Glad you are feeling an energetic shift for the positive! I'm feeling quite blessed myself!

I found something that could help people, who like me, are a bit stuck in the progress of evelution towards a better life in a complete sense.

From an internet site, I found out about a guy called Alfons Ven, a Belgian healer who practices a combination of homeopathy and alchemy. You can read about him and what he does on [ I have ordered his therapy, which at US$105 may seem expensive, is actually relatively cheap. He is not into multi-level marketing, etc. However, 1, 2 or at most 3 cycles should help you to push through. I will let you know how I go with it. His story is fascinating. He sounds like a credible man to me.

I should have named my post bummed but moved THRU it... Anyhow, I feel sometimes things have to pass through on their own and I think that is what happened for me. Anyhow, the PL's at these times can help the process but essentially you just have to let it run through you. It was a strange kind of thing and then I realised it wasn't my thoughts that were messing me up but the actual clearing that was causing the misery, haha... Anyhow, it was just a moving through a block that had to do it's own thing... SO, onward and upward, right?

And another thought is... ok, sorry if you are not into planetary things, but we are in Mars retrograde right now and that could be an influencing factor. We move out of it by the end of January... It kind of fits for me anyway being in transition...

My feeling for myself is that I need to raise my energy level and that is what I need to do right now primarily. Thanks for your nice comments, PhoenixFamilies! You sound like you are in a great space! That is great to know and see!

Interesting vita-man... it was kind of like that now that I think back on it. But whatever it was it must have been a clearing I did without trying. And now I'm in a totally different space without trying to be in it! Yeah! I hate to think that I will go thru something inharmonious again! but that's life, I guess............... ~* Happy 2008!
