Maybe someone can answer this question - is the old Ideal Mindset course similar to the Paraliminal Accelerator?

I borrowed the Ideal Mindset tape course from a friend. I've read through the manual, but haven't started on it yet, but since I had been considering buying the Paraliminal Accelerator, I was wondering how these two courses compared or if they are completely different.

Only get the para acc if you got all the paraliminals.
