Aloha,
I just placed the HFNR audio book on my iPod, and will start listening to it on the way home from work (Car University).
I tend to use the Euphoria!'s meditation as the morning mediation of choice for our events because it provides a little more guidance than the Self -Concentration exercise, and a little less than the Butterfly meditation. Handy for folks new to Spring Forest Qigong, or meditation in general.
Actually, my favorite piece in the Euphoria! course is D. Trinidad Hunt's Visualization.
As for the HFNR paraliminal, I didn't think much of it while it was coming together...until it was complete and I was reviewing it during the QA process. "Wow!" I thought - "This is going to be one of my favorite paraliminals." Interesting enough, I heard the same thing from some of the product coaches.
Much Love,
Shawn
