That's too long for a chapter. Most chapters are less than 15 pages.
Work out how long it takes you to read a book and then expect to get the book done in 1/3rd the time with PhotoReading 3 times faster is 3 books a day instead of one if that's your normal reading speed.
Concentration won't be a problem if you have mind probing questions.
