Is it under the same roor?

Is it a wall-less car port?

Is there an entrance to the house thorough it?

Yes, it is under the same roof. It's right next to the living room and kitchen. There is an entrance into the kitchen. That is usually the entrance I use as I park in the garage. My husband usually uses the front door that comes into the small foyer that's connected to the living room.

From the response you gave and if it is enclosed (not an open-sided carport), then yes, count it as part of your floorplan.
