What is the recommended age to teach a child photoreading? I'm asking because my 11 year old is having a difficult time enjoying reading and constantly puts it off. He's being taught the typical elementary reading teechniques that I know are not going to help him in life. Is 11 too young to introduce the PRWMS?

Thanks.

They say the yonger you are, the easier it is for you to learn. On the other hand, the earlier he gets the habits, the better.

I am not an expert, but I would try if not teaching him, at least letting him play with the system.

I hope this advise is useful.

13. children need to develop their reading vocabulary first and they have 80% of it by the time they are 13 and are about to enter high school, which is the best time to take you reading still to the next level.
