Aren't rapid reading and Skittering a little similar? I mean you look in both cases on all the words, except that in Skittering you must pay attention to keywords!

And by the way: When i notice only keywords, how should i understand what there are about?

Best wishes,

Page 50 in the course manual explains it. Rapid Reading is the last layer in reading the book. You are reading every word but skipping anything that you find irrelevant. Someone please correct me if I am wrong.

rapid reading is closest to traditional reading. It begins at the beginning of the book or chapter and ends at the end. your pace throughout the whole book varies. You can be moving as fast as PhotoReading or as slow as dipping. You can use any of the techniques, PhotoReading, super reading and dipping, skittering, rhythmic a perusal and even analytical reading. Your pace through a particular section depends on prior knowledge.

How many books have you activated and what type of books have you been working with?
