Hello,
My personal energy # is 8
The entry door to my office is in the east (almost NorthEast)
1/success is SouthWest
2/Health is NorthWest
3/Relatioship is West
4/Wisdom is NorthEast

I wish I could paste a sketch of the office for you.
I tried but the format is not supported here.
Anyhow.. Where does the desk go ?

thank you

Aloha phoenixbird,

For starters...

Where can it go in the room, and face a good direction for you without your back to the door.

Thank you for the reply.
The only direction I can think of is my back to the East since there are windows on the southside of the room (besides my back will to the south, well..., SouthWest is my success dirfection!!).
If I sit with my back to the East, the entry door will be to my right.
I would have to turn to the right to see who walked in.
(after they have walked in).
If I face the door, the ONLY good direction that I will face is the #4/Wisom direction in the NorthEast.

Aloha Phoenixbird,

Why wouldn't you face NorthEast and the door?
Good direction-view of the door - and you don't have the windows behind you.

Yes, That is good place to put the desk but, I will be turning my back to 3 of my best directions (Sucess,Health and relationship).
Will "wisdom" (the only one that I will be facing) compensate for the others ?
What is better ?
To face the door or face more/most of your good fortune directions ?
This is a home office we're talking about, if that makes a differece....

Thank you

Aloha Phoenixbird,

You will only be facing one direction at a time - not two, not three, just one. So we're looking to make that direction one of your four better directions while working and sleeping.

We want the best situation possible AND it needs to be a balanced situation - one doesn't sit facing their best direction in a room where that would mean putting there back to the door, under a beam, and crunched into a wall.

Check out the "Help" post by Keppa.

I still do not want to face the door which is in the East.
East is one of my BAD fortune directions.

I'm experincing a little office confusion myself. I have a home office with the only door facing a compass direction of 138 degrees. I have a desk on one side of the room and my wife has a desk on the other side of the room. I have changed my postion at my desk from 308 degrees compass direction to 214 degrees compass direction. Basically I was facing a wall with my back to the door so I rearranged my desk so I can always see the door and face one of my better directions which is East - Relationship.

My directions (Male):

1960 Rat Earth N-Success; S - Health; E-Relationship; SE - Growth; NW - Frustration; SW - Loss/Theft; W - Disease; NE - Total Loss; E - East West Group

Do you see anything wrong with that arrangement?

Also, my wife was on the other side of the office facing the wall with her back to the door. I want to face her at a 48 degrees compass direction to avoid her less favorable directions but still allow her to face the door.

Spouses directions (Female):

1964 Dragon Fire W - Success; NE - Health; SW - Relationship; NW - Growth; SE - Frustration; N - Loss/Theft; E - Disease; SE - Total Loss; W - East West Group

What do you think?

Thanks

Dave

Aloha Dave,

Without seeing the room layout, it sounds good - facing good directions, a view of the door, out of the direct line of the door, and not facing North or having South at your back this year.

Much Love,

Shawn
