I have now trying as hard as I can to PR 10 books a day and hoping I can become like Pete. However, it is almost impossible to stand up and prepare and close your eyes, people will think you are insane, So is it possible to open your eyes and say the purpose, without the orange on top of head thing and relaxation. and goes straight into photofocus and PR the book (no preview and no postview). Have anyone done this before, will it work?

Be more creative, dude!
It is possible to close your eyes no matter where you are: a library,etc.
Just hold your head with one hand like you are a bit tired and hide enough your eyes like you have the sun in front of you disturbing you.
Or hide all your face behind your two hands face like you are more tired or you try to remember/find something.
I do it all the time.And No one notices what i'm really doing.
Concerning the tangerin method, begin it under the table. Touching at the end the back of your head is not weird for the others. They may think you just scratch you irritant hair.
And dont think to much about the others : in fact they don't care about you and are more focus on their reading.
And even in the improbable case that you seems weird for them, they will forget you one day later like you have never exist.
DOnt be to paranoiac.

just imagine yourself going into photo focus, that will be focused your eyes and open up the peripheral vision. Take three deep breaths, open the page you will begin PhotoReading on, get into photo focus and begin flipping.

The five steps are:
1 - Prepare
2 - Preview
3 - PhotoRead.
4 - Post view
5 - Activate
So take three deep breaths, purpose and affirm, tangerine, smile, -that prepare, then preview or go into photofocus. If you stop along the way you prepare before the next step.

Okay three points
1. I answered your question on that thread. If you want to discuss it further be more specific and ask for clarification on that topic thread.
2. Start a new thread. There is an problematic trend of people asking questions that do not relate to the topic. If you have a question that you need answered start a new thread. Only post if you are asking for clarification of the discussion on that thread.
It gets confusing for people to work out who is answering what and who.
3. I only have 24 hours in a day like everyone else. Don't force me or others to follow links and try to guess what post on a topic thread you are talking about. Either stay on that topic thread or start a new one and copy and paste the link and the post you want to discuss further.
Frenchie it would help if you would discuss your sticky point on a new thread. I get lots of people telling me "I can't activate" and leave it to me to mind read what they might be doing wrong.
My mind reading says... you are not asking mind probing questions.
Please everybody, do *not* reply to this post on this thread. From this point on I'd like to leave it at the original topic. So if you want to discuss this particular post further start a new topic. I will delete any post answering this (my) post on this topic thread. This is about PhotoReading on the go or in public.
