Hi GUys,
Whos an experienced successful photo reader out there whos come to understand the material he's photo read? I've been going at this for several years now and I'm not getting ANYWHERE!! its pretty discouraging if not depressing. I'm back in school and my workload on reading hasn't come to a head just yet but I'm nervous. I got the homestudy course w/cd's in order to be able to read and comprehend material in a short time frame. To date, after doing stating the purpose, prviewing, fotofocusing, superreading/dipping mapping etc. I've gotten nowhere. I'm coming to the conclusion that either the program doesn't really work or that I have somne type of disfuncitonal other than conscience mind that will not take in information the way it supposed to normally.
I read articles going down the colum in 15-20 sec's and can't begin to tell you what i've just read. This is a serious problem and I'm sure others maybe having the same mental block as I am with this approach I'm starting to feel is very LABOROUS and difficult to use.
Please help me figure out what the heck is wrong with me. I am really depressed about this. AM I DESTINED TO BE A STUPID SLOW READER FOR THE REST OF MY LIFE? Being a good reader and a fast reader spells the difference in how successful financially someone can be and how quickly they can achieve that. THe idea that I cannot read fast enough to help me propel to the next level of my education and carreer is really devistating to me.
