Frankly, I think that Centerpointe's description of what goes on in the brain (physical structure) as a result of their tapes is complete garbage and totally unsubstantiated. The fundamental organization of the brain is not restructured by listening to binaural beat frequencies. Sorry. I think it is Bill Harris's attempt to describe something that does go on in the MIND with certain kinds of meditation. He uses pieces of scientific thought to try and lend his marketing crap an air of credibility and scientific interest. Like what he is doing is somehow advanced and at the forefront of human thought. It's masturbation and bs. They are freaking tones, people. Tones. Not enlightenment in a bottle.

What results are you looking for in holosync or open focus? Open Focus can certainly help in a lot of ways. To tell you the truth, for certain results, it got me where I wanted to be quicker.

Honestly, I use binaural beat frequency stuff (I currently use the awakened mind cd every once in a while) because I like the way it makes me feel. Period. I have not gotten any major results from it. It has not made me feel enlightened, only entranced. It puts you in a certain brain state, that's it.

Open Focus does something very specific ... whereas the binaural beat frequency stuff is kinda sloppy. You can go here or there with it, depending on what's on your mind. Open Focus will lead you to think in a very specific way and use your mind in a particular way.

I had immediate results with it. But that might just be because I am somehow predisposed to having those results with that particular technique. I don't know.

Don't shell out bucks to a stupid marketing scheme that keeps you immobile with bs and promises so it can keep its proboscis inserted into your wallet and suck suck suck.

If interested in binaural beat technology, try hemi-sync, awakened mind, or one of a slew of other reasonably priced alternatives.
