How can I get instructions on how to use the various paraliminal tapes (PDF, text file, ect)? Thanks

The instructions are on the case as well as the brocure/flyer that is usually included with your order of paraliminals.

If not would someone scan it and upload it somewhere, as i didn't get one with my order

I was just curious as to how you go about using them. See, I do not own any tapes, but am interested in purchasing some, but would like to know how to use them or what it takes to use them before I go out an purchase them. With that said, does anyone have any info on how you use the various paraliminal tapes offered by LearningStrategies?

Ways of using the paraliminals are discussed on the forum. Generally you know your purpose what you want out of your listening session and pop on a paraliminal and just go with the flow.
