Activate or incubate?
Activate in layers 5 to 30 minutes tops (I recommend 20 minutes tops)
Incubate as long as you want after PhotoReading the book the first time. That can be 20 minutes or weeks. If you choose to PhotoRead the book again you can being activating straight away.
If you need to get on with a book you can creatively inclubate. PhotoRead the book and then set up your work area, collect the necessary material after PhotoReading and take a stretch and get a glass of water and perhaps chop up an apple to munch on while you activate. Be surprised how quickly you've incubated for 20 minutes.
