I am a supporter of holosync due entirely to the results that I have enjoyed. However,I have not bothered using any affirmations (these are optional). The reason is not because they do not work,they are carefully controlled in the advertising industry. I just prefer the NLP/NS approach,it seems more intelligent and flexible.
