Saturday's Silence: These unexpected moments show me how my reality is changing. No trace of impatience this morning (and for me that's saying something). No impulse to jump back into multi-tasking (although a voice in the mind suggested a few things, but I did not feel tempted). I felt at peace in this quiet meditation. When the announcement came about a technical problem, I began to send love to Jeddah and all who worked to solve the phone issue, and sensed that many on the call were doing the same. Thank you for this time of silence.
